Carly and Glenn WEDDING at The Great Lodge Dunmow and Saracens Head Hotel Dunmow.
The couple were married in The Great Lodge – Anne of Cleves Barn at Dunmow. An impressive Grade 1 listed brick and tile barn, it was built when the estate was owned by Anne of Cleves following the annulment of her marriage to King Henry VIII.
Bride got ready at the Saracens Head Hotel, a grade II listed building situated in the historical market town of Great Dunmow, in the middle of the beautiful Essex countryside.
We had fun at the getting ready session with the Groom first and all of his family. Then I headed to see Carly, who was still in her dressing gown with a classic tub in her room. She looked gorgeous with her brides maids all dressed in pink.
Carly and Glenn had a church wedding and then headed to the lovely Great Lodge with an old barn, gorgeous sceneries and lots of friendly Alpacas to feed.
They had a very Special Cheese cake – not a cheese cake the way you know it but an actual cake made out of CHEESE ONLY. Wow! what a different and great idea for cheese lovers.
There were some tears and lots of laughter and fun.
